Last minute delays by overseas manufacturers saw Sabre having to manufacture and install 34 conveyors in just over 4 weeks. Coordinating labour and suppliers we managed to make Visy's deadline with just a bit to spare.

This architecturally designed footbridge left our workshop at the end of November 2007.

It will be a showpiece for Vision Senior Living in Waitakere Auckland.

Over an 11 month period we have assisted Swiss Log's main contractors, TGW Mechanics, to install an extensive new materials handling system. This has gone into Coca Colas Auckland distribution centre. It has seen us supply a crew of experienced fitters working up to 60 hour weeks.

Various safety fences and working platforms were also commissioned from our manufacturing facility.

Onsite installation of over 200 metres of process piping.

Working inside a bunded hazardous goods area meant ensuring that our health & safety systems were strictly adhered to.

The fully equiped site workshop ensured that our welders could achieve the required standards and deadlines.

Over 20 container loads of Krone conveyors were installed by our team over several months.

Systems were installed and running to the customers satisfaction on time.

Over 650 metres of catwalk where designed and built by us for Villa Maria's new Oruarangi tank farm. Designed in Solidworks and manufactured in a modular format using zinc sprayed mild steel frames and stainless steel handrails.
