Job description

You will be responsible for the efficient management of all our manufacturing resources including personnel, production planning, technical support, product quality and continuous process improvements.

Skills Required

• Tertiary Qualification in one of:-
• Engineering Mechanical
• Quantity Surveying
• Project Management
• An understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Well developed time management and production planning skills
• A customer driven approach to quality assurance
• Hands-on practical problem solving skills and a technical background
• Computer Skills
  • MS Outlook
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel (Advanced)
  • MS Project (or similar)

Experience Required

• Hands on experience in production management
• Strong staff management and leadership Experience in managing a mechanical manufacturing facility would be useful; however consideration will be given to those with general production management experience and now looking to advance their career.

This is a senior role and you will be joining a small close knit management team. As such you will need to have a flexible work style and be keen to contribute ideas in order to grow the business.
